Customer Service Executive (Full Time)

Job Brief & Responsibilities

  • Prompt handling of all phone calls and emails in a professional manner and in accordance with the established guidelines· Engage with customers in issues/discrepancies/complaints escalation and resolution· Upkeep of Service Level Agreements· In charge of the mobile app related to customer’s inquiries or complains· Ensure compliance and process audits· Actively involved in problem-solving and propose improvements to processes· General Office administrative duties

Barber (Full Time)

Job Brief & Responsibilities

  • Recommend hairstyles, colouring, and treatment to customers

  • Perform a wide range of hair colouring techniques, including highlights, etc.

  • Analyze customer’s hair and scalp condition and recommend appropriate treatment or product

  • Perform hair services, including wash, blow-drying, waxing, styling, etc.

  • Ensure cleanliness of workstation and salon

  • Build up a customer base, by converting prospects into long-term customers

  • Maintain a good relationship with clients

  • Act as an expert on hair treatments, procedures, styling, and technology and stay up to date on trends in the hair industry

  • Meeting individual sales targets and KPIs

  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
